How do I get a list of the various issues Avast says my machine has

Yarr, me mateys.

Avast tends to periodically pop up and show you a list of perceived issue. But only at high level that I’m not comfortable with clicking on anything, alas it may delete a chunk of files I care about. Is there a way to get a detailed list of what items it is talking about. Specifically the framed categories, as well as Unused programs.

Thanks.

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member and an Avast Free user.

Are you running an Avast Smart Scan ?
This may be set to run periodically in your Avast Settings.

Or perhaps after installation of or an Avast Program update.

Typically these performance enhancements will have an Avast paid solution.

Edit: Did you try the Right Arrow option to the right of the entries in your image ?

May have been, but I’ve turned them off. Not that they turn themselves on occasionally. I havn’t clicked the arrows, I wasn’t sure if that would start whatever Avast does, the UI isn’t the most clear.

Preferentially I’d like it to go away and do it’s job without the constant fearverdisment that seems to creeps more and more into the UI.

This scan may also happen when a program update is done. I just ignore it as I know the end result it to offer paid solutions to all of these nags.

It’s the cost of Free and sone paid users also get this.

Same, here honestly. It just that it undercuts my trust in the program, if I can’t decipher what a genuine threat is vs just marketing.

For now I’ll just let it run in silent mode and don’t think about it.
