How do I get SUPER © to work with Avast?

I am trying to run a video converter program called SUPER © on my Windows 7 laptop. I have Avast 7.0.1426 on my computer. When I try to run SUPER © I get messages from Avast that suggest opening in “Sandbox” then the SUPER © program errors and will not work.

How do I get Avast to let me run SUPER ©?

When that sanboxing dialog box appears that you mention, you need to choose to open it normally.

I should have said that I have chosen that option and still unable to run the SUPER © program.

Operating system and service pack number?

What Avast! package are you using (Free,Pro,Suite), and what version number?

Is it throwing you the same error?

Did you allow Avast! to sandbox the software while it was installing? If yes, this might have messed with the install, you might try re-installing it.
