If you are using the free support telephone number (?) then you are contacting a third party support company (not avast directly) and they can’t handle refund issues only technical problems with avast.

You do realize that you are posting in a general forum and telling for what product/service you want a refund? And why not post the problem in the correct forum and provide details? There could be a solution for it.

Since replies and suggestions have already been made her, re-posting in a different part of the forum really doesn’t make any sense. Sorry.
