I would like to try out this browser. but I want to default to Stealth mode.
Is there a way to configure it? or a command line option that I can use to start from a shortcut
What are the command line options?
Thx

AFAIK that’s not possible’
You first open the Browser, click the 3 vertical dots top right and go to Security and Privacy Center, then launch the Browser in Stealth Mode.
See Screenshot
If you’re running windows 10, this should be quite easy.
Once you’ve pinned the Secure Browser to your task bar,
simply select the Stealth Mode icon when you right click on the Secure Browser icon.

Ah, I see that would work.
I was looking in Settings under startup options etc…
Thx Bob, I overlooked that option.
Always happy to help.
Ok Thanks.
It would be nice to create a shortcut to do it directly but this will work for me.
Out of interest - are there any command options documented ?
Something Avast would need to answer. I’m a product user just like you.
Hi,
You can launch Avast Secure Browser in Stealth Mode directly from the shortcut if you add " -incognito" (without the quotation marks, but including the space at the beginning) to the target in the shortcut properties.
I’m afraid that I’m not aware of any command options publicly documented, but as Secure Browser is Chromium-based, many command lines are the same/very similar to Google Chrome command lines.
