There is nothing in the accounts page that stops the auto renewal. There is nothing on the accounts page that link describes. There is no link that stops the auto renewal in any of the account pages. There is not even anything that tells the auto renewal status. I’m going to be really pissed if I’m billed without authorizing Avast to use my credit card. Avast changed the rules and I’ve done my due diligence looking for this link that does not exist. I’ve taken screen shots and do plan to start a class action suit to end this practice. So go ahead and keep acting like a scammer and rip off company. I have stopped recommending Avast because of this backhanded crap and near constant harassment of your paying consumers. This is the last time I use Avast because of the way you treat your paying customers after more than 10 years of paying for Avast for my whole network. Avast has turned to playing every dirty trick the scammers ever have come up with, bombarding your email to using special permissions on peoples systems to harass and bother them even to the point of thinking that people need Avast notifications 10 times a day so you end up turning that functionality off. I will not be purchasing Avast so either show me where the option to turn off the newly implemented auto renewal scam or turn it off for me.
