How do i tell if a pop up is real?

I was just scrolling in my brower and a mcfaee pop up.i close all the tabs even the brower it is still there.there is a mcafee logo at my hotbars and i do have mcafee.Is it legit?

Did you install mcafee as well as avast mobile security on your phone?

Uh i have mcfaee ans avast on my computer not phone

You should not have more than 1 antivirus/antimalware program (except Windows Defender) on any device. They will fight each other.
