How do I turn off auto renewal ?

Hi

I have 18 days left of my paid for subscription to Avast Internet Security and I thought I had disabled auto renewal but it is now showing as active !!???

Try as I might I can find no option to turn off the auto renewal on my account or on the portal

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks for that but I no longer have my order ID and when i try to recover it using last 5 digits of my card it comes up “invalid details”

In that case you need to submit a ticket and ask avast to do it for you.

These instructions are for orders purchased through Digital River. The OP’s order was placed through Nexway :slight_smile:
(I know that you couldn’t know that… )
