Hi
I have 18 days left of my paid for subscription to Avast Internet Security and I thought I had disabled auto renewal but it is now showing as active !!???
Try as I might I can find no option to turn off the auto renewal on my account or on the portal
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks for that but I no longer have my order ID and when i try to recover it using last 5 digits of my card it comes up “invalid details”

In that case you need to submit a ticket and ask avast to do it for you.

These instructions are for orders purchased through Digital River. The OP’s order was placed through Nexway
(I know that you couldn’t know that… )
