This service is useless and I want to cancel, but they’ve made it really hard to do so. How do I use the chat service to actually maybe get through to someone?
You can try clicking on “support” at the top of the forum, then:
The “CHAT” service is not always available, you can get support by email or phone for certain countries.
If you really want to contact them via “CHAT,” I recommend trying again later until it becomes available.
Note: I have also noticed that depending on your initial request, you may be directed to a different type of support. Try another type of request (e.g., account and billing).
