First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
Not knowing what your settings are - I will suggest you try these if you haven’t already got that.

This is the paid version . i have had the paid version for over a decade, and suggested it to all of my clients. Lately I haven’t been though because I can’t do it in good conscience with all this bloat….moreover, I get calls from them asking if they need to buy these things….which of course then makes ME look bad.
Show offers” for other avast products and show offers for 3rd party products are already unchecked. These are built in to the UI.
And it’s ridiculous

I can confirm what DavidR said: these ‘unnecessary additions’ no longer appear on the UI of paid subscribers (such as yourself and I) if you have taken care to disable these notifications and selected limited mode.
If it appears on your system, it’s either because you’ve missed something in the settings or there was a bug during installation; try repairing Avast or even reinstalling it properly in this case.
As for your clients(if they have paid version), send them the link above so they can apply the changes to their own settings.
From your screenshot, I can see that you’ve selected ‘silent mode’. Instead, try ‘limited mode’ as suggested by DavidR; this will prevent Avast from displaying messages reminding you that silent mode is enabled, and might even make the promotional offers disappear*.
*There was an issue a few months ago where adverts appeared in silent mode but not in limited mode… it might still not have been resolved

Sorry for the trouble. Can you please ensure that “Offers” are disabled in - Menu - General - Notifications.
After that, restart your computer and check if you still see these offers in the UI.
