How Do you Know if an unscanable file is suspicious?

Hi there.
I ran my first scan tonight and I had 69 files that were unable to be scanned. I know sometimes that’s just because a file or a program is password protected. But the ones that start with “private” worry me. How do I know whether or not to be alarmed? I’ve attached a screenshot of my “unable to scan” results.

Thanks in advance for any wisdom you guys can share with me.
