How do you reach Avast customer support?

It looks like I am being double billed for the same Avast Programs. One set says I’ve only connected 1 device. The other says 0 devices connected, but I can’t seem to sync them up.
Clicking on Cutomer support goes no where and not phone number provided. Has anyone ever reached customer service?
