How exclude this from scanning

Hello, I receive this message from Avast server edition :
AAVM - scanning error: x_AavmCheckFileDirectEx: avfilesScanReal of C:\WINDOWS:THPR-0330-1-FHUK0K-RGFY failed, 00000005.
What a strange name for this file! How can’I exclude from scanning without excluding all the Windows folder?

Hmmm… Error 5 is access denied. Are you logged as the administrator of this computer?
It’s strange the : in the middle of the name. But, it could be the reason that avast couldn’t scan that ‘drive’ because it does not ‘exist’.
