This company is absolutely ridiculous and their customer support is a joke. I’ve canceled this service three times total and somehow they still manage to charge me randomly. The worst part is I cancelled this service over 5 years ago. What a joke of a company.
I can’t contact them . I put in refund requests in Sept 2025 no responses and January 2026 no response. Their UK phone number doesn’t work.
Easiest solution is to change your credit/debit card #
Not necessarily the easiest or best option. Changing your credit/debit card could impact any other payments on that card.
