i ordered avast last Thursday, first starting under the free trial and then deciding to purchase it for $19.99 a year. I requested a refund yesterday and I’m just wondering about how long will it take for someone to refund my account and cancel the service?
Reason I cancelled was because I kept getting the UI load errr and no matter how many times I hit restart service, repaired it, and reinstalled it still continued to do that and I feel it’s not worth the hassle…
You have a 30 day refund period, if you submit a refund support ticket (?) within that period you will get a refund. The support ticket may take a bit of time but that shouldn’t effect your right to a refund.
Now it is a bit of a waiting game, whatever you do don’t submit further tickets or modify an existing one as this could put you at the back of the queue as it is a first in first out (FIFO) system.
