How long does it take to get a refund?

Avast is charging me for an auto-renewal that I didn’t want (£34.99 will be taken from my account tomorrow). I have cancelled my subscription and sent a ticket just now but I’m worried I wont get a response…

I’m just curious as to how long the refund process will take and if I should be expecting an email to confirm that they have received my ticket ?

I’m just really hoping that I’ll be able to get my refund as soon as possible. :frowning:

There is no standard answer, some get it quick some longer
