How long does it usually take to get a response from a support ticket?

I placed a support ticket for a refund on Avast Grimefighter last week. It seems that it did more harm to my laptop than good. I issued a support ticket last week, and another this week, 2 different places. How long does it usually take for support to even read it? It seems that nothing is happening.

I haven’t seen anything stating how long it should take. However some have found that submitting multiple tickets can have an adverse effect in the time.

You can try the on-line contact form, http://www.avast.com/contact-form.php?loadStyles: to Sales inquiries; Give as much information as possible, when purchased, receipt/invoice number, email used on purchase. You could also put in there the support ticket reference number.

I see. The guy on the phone was very confident it should be 24-48 hours. The fact that my new laptop is suffering a bit due to grimefighter kinda sucks. I love avast, but this is killing me man.
