It’s been seventeen days since I reported a ticket in which I had an issue with getting the wrong version of Avast SecureLine VPN. Since I don’t want to have to chargeback on Paypal, but only have so long to be able to do that, is there any guideline to how long I should wait?
Does Avast have a phone number I can call regarding issue with sales? The tech support numbers seem to only help with issues with the product itself. I feel cheated of ~$100 at the moment.
