how many days wait to get a response from AVAST support??? unhappy user

logged a ticketed request for help to avast almost 5 days ago after avast anti-theft malfunctioned on my phone and locked me out while travelling overseas. no response from avast aside from an automated acknowledgement. do other users experience such delays…how long is the typical response time? really frustrating…what do I have to do to get help!!! :frowning:
