How much space for VRDB?

I’m trying to free up some space on my PC to install Windows XP. Can you tell me how much space the VRDB database takes up?
Will Avast still work with Windows XP? I don’t have other virus scanners installed.

Absolutely. In fact, XP is now the “most supported” platform.

Depends on how much programs you have installed on your hard drives, but typically not much, on my machine (and I do have quite a lot of stuff here) it is about 13MB.
