How should I contact support when infected ?

I have purchased Avast Premier ! first that I purchased a yearly version ! on Dec 2017 , but it is only valid till April 2018 !!!

and when I try to get in touch with the support from the "contact us " section , I get only to FAQ !!!

How do I get a direct support !!

how could a virus uninstalled all my programs including my Avast ? !?!?!?!

it was the STUPID Windows 10 update ! the malware removal of Windows has known all of my softwares as a malware :
