I’d like to add my wife’s phone to my Family Space app as a second parent. I clicked on (+) in my AFS, entered her e-mail and sent her an invitation. She installed AFS but when she logged in she had her own environment and she was not added into my AFS.

SOLVED - thank you Avast helpdesk!
- my wife logged off from AFS on her phone and uninstalled the app
- my wife deleted her MyAvast account from the web
- re-installation of AFS on her phone
- I sent an invitation from my AFS to my wife’s AFS again
- during the initialisation process she registered under her e-mail account (not via Google)
It works now
