manual that details how company representatives are expected to handle

AOL phone reps are allegedly required to wear customers down into keeping

And you use this as a “worst practices” example. Also people in Europe working in various Call Centers function in a “brain-drain”-mode, if you won’t give in to their aggresive stupid reasoning they say that you are going against your own interests. They are training “plurks” to-day, food for Robocop.

I understand. I thought this was a interesting recording. I didn’t like what I heard and thought it was strictly un-necessary pressure being put on the customer from AOL. This company is eventually going to “reap what they have sowed” in the long run. I believe we are just seeing the beginning of this. :slight_smile:
