How to contact the avast service without an order id?

Hi, everyone.

I paid for the subscription, but later I found that my computer was slowed down and some functions didn’t work as expected, so I applied for a refund. Then chat customer service person told me he had processed the refund and I would receive an email including the refund confirmation. But you know, I haven’t. What’s worse is that I cannot find any information in my account about the purchase.

I tried to contact the service person, but the Customer Support asked me for the order ID. I wrote the order ID I received by email to the input box, but it just doesn’t work. I cannot email the customer support and I haven’t get my money back.

Does anyone know how to contact the service person by email without supplying the order ID? I just need to ask a couple of questions.

Entering zero’s for ID is the normal suggestion and then explain.
