How to Deactivate extra Licenses from Renewing?

I don’t know how…but somehow I ended up with 3 separate licenses for Avast Clean up. 2 of which want to renew in 28 days. The one I have active doesn’t expire until next year.

How do I delete the two that want to renew in 28 days? There are no options in my account page or the Avast Dashboard. ???
