How to desinstall

Hi,

I have a comuter which has avast 4.7 deployed, this computer has no connection with the central server.

I have tried to desinstall this software to reinstall a complete 4.7 pro version but I can not.

Is there an avast special software to remove this software?

You don’t need to unstiall it, just click on the link to buy the pro version, then the code is simply put in place. I would not think you would need to uninstall just to upgrade to the pro.

Ofcource you are right IF you have an internet connection. As I understand it this is a stand alone system with no connection at all. But maybe I am wrong :-\

explain “connection with the central server”. Are you referring to the internet, Avast! server? Do you have internet connection?

Red, IF he doesn’t have an internet connection, he won’t be able to download that link you sent him. But then he had to have internet SOMEWHERE just to be able to post in here. I’m surprised the ‘Add Remove Software’ section of the Control Panel won’t remove it for him. However we really don’t know what OS he is using… as yet.

The computer had no domain connection and internet connection.

This utility has been lovely.
