How To Disable Pop Up on Startup: "Avast Coordinator Needs Permission to Access Apps"

I cannot find anywhere how to stop this annoying pop up every time I start my laptop. If I can’t disable it, I’m not renewing.

I have the same issue after updating to the new MacOs, did you figure it out?
