I need to export my data from Avast Password Manager to use in another password application, but when I perform the export, the file created (.csv) is not accepted, it shows up as a corrupted file.
The only export option is to the .csv type, and I cannot use this file anywhere else (programs).
Does anyone have a solution?
You have two options. Either change the file type online or download cx file explorer form cxexplore and open the folder where the csv file is. I hope it wouldn’t be corrupted there.
Where is it showing it is corrupt ?
Whilst you only have .csv as an export option, many programs have multiple import file type options. Firefox can import .csv password files, I’m sure others can also, especially password related programs.
