How to get discount of renew ?

Hi,

I am using Calculator to get Avast SBS, the calculator shows me a discount for renew, but when I try to order the price is not discounted like calculator shows, how to get price for renew ? And what I have to provide to get this discount ?

You could try sales (at) avast dot com (removing email address obfuscation) they should be able to help I would have thought.

I believe you should receive a discount coupon by e-mail some time before the expected expiration of the license. I must say I don’t know how long exactly it should be… a few weeks I think.

I don’t receive it. I am going to send the old licence.dat to sales (at) avast.com to get it.

Did you purchase the original license from our online shop (share*it), or from a reseller?
When was it?
