I’m trying to cancel auto-renewal for an old computer that last renewed in October. I don’t remember which method was used to purchase Avast, and the email account on the order is no longer active. So, I created an Avast account and then logged into it from the old computer. The old computer now appears as a “device” on my account, running Avast Internet Security, but there is nothing under “licenses” even though my old computer says the subscription is active through October 2017. Please advise
