After running a smart scan in Avast Clean-up Premium, I am seeing the message that my personal identity is at risk and it refers to 4 risks. What I cannot understand is that I have already paid for the Avast Secure Identity package and the status of this shows it is “Monitoring Active” yet still keep getting this message to purchase the software again. I know it is working OK because I have received an observation email from Norton ( who is the seller).
How can I stop the Avast Clean-up forever reminding to take action all over again? Thanks if anyone can help.
