I have a bookmark in the “Hidden Bookmarks” on the bookmarks bar. But I want it to be one of the displayed bookmarks so that I don’t have to select the hidden bookmarks symbol to see it. How do I move it out of the “hidden bookmarks” onto the bookmarks bar and replace one of the currently displayed bookmarks to make room for it?

Have you tried bookmark manager? What version of the browser are you using?
Click ⋮ Menu (three dots) in the top-right corner and select Bookmarks ▸ Bookmark manager. You can move your bookmark folders and re-arrange them.
Also, in Bookmarks manager, you can click ⋮ Menu (three dots) ▸ Import, and export your bookmarks.
