How to recover folders with files sent to the chest of viruses

Hi everybody. I need urgenlty your help! The Avast Antivirus sent some folders with files to the chest of viruses because they were infected with virus “lnk”. I really need this information. Please help me. Tell me if it is a way to recover that information.
Thank you very much for your answer.

PD Sorry for my bad English. I hope you have understood the situation.

First thing to do is making sure your system is clean :

You can recover them from the virus chest, but since they are infected I strongly recommend not to do so.

Use clean files from a backup.
If you don’t have a backup, have a deep breath and take your loss.

Hello Eddy. Thanks for your answer.
I see that it was impossible to recover my files…I dont have a backup :'( I have found the following but I dont know if it’s a correct way to solve this problem. I send you here: http://ronald-l337.blogspot.com.ar/2012/05/recuperar-archivos-borrados-y-enviados.html
Sorry that it is in Spanish. He recommend to use Linux System instead of Windows to recover the files. He says that he restored the files infected to his G: device and then he deleted all the files with “lnk” extension. In that way he removed the viruses from the files. Finally he recommends using the Gnu-Linux System instead of Windows one.

Thanks again for your attention

Please provide the logs files as instructed.

Ok, but how I do that? sorry but I don`t knowmuch about this :-[

Were the files on a USB drive ?

Download MCShield to your desktop and install
It will initially run a scan and show the result as a toaster by the system clock
Then in the control centre select scanner and tick unhide items on flash drives

https://dl.dropbox.com/u/73555776/mcshield%20unhide.JPG

Plug in the drive and McShield will start a scan

Then get the log which will be located under the logs tab on the main page

And post that

THEN

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

[*]Right click to run as administrator (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File). When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
[*]Select additions at the bottom
[*]Press Scan button.

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/73555776/frst.JPG

[*]It will produce a log called FRST.txt in the same directory the tool is run from.
[*]Please attach both logs generated.
