Hello. I had a question regarding setting the scheduled test. What options do I have to check that, after awakening and complete test system went back to sleep? Just check “Wake the system and run the test” or do I choose the “After the test, turn off the system”? just do not know if the second option completely off Avast entire computer. avast can shutdown the computer after scanning.
It couldn’t send it to sleep or hibernate after scanning.
Well now that the official site in the description of avast! Free is a tab titled technology that description “Wake-up for scan: Microsoft Windows is woken from sleep or hibernation mode, performs a scheduled scan, then returns back to sleep mode.”
That’s why I thought that Avast can. It is therefore probably erroneous information on the official website.
