How to stop system optimization pop ups?

In Avast Antivirus I often get a message "System is not running at At maximum performance ". If then asks me to buy another avast product. how do I prevent this scan from running?

Enable Limited Mode.

Given Rundvleeskroket reply I will point you in the direction he is suggesting:
Avast Settings > General > Notifications > Pop-up Notifications treatment > Limited Mode.
