How to stop the automatic Prolongation?
First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member and I use Avast Antivirus Free and I don’t have the Avast Driver Updater.
I’m not entirely sure what it is you are asking.
If you are talking about only cancelling a subscription for Avast Driver Update you should be able to find it in your Avast Account Subscriptions.

Select Account and Billing - Account Help - From the drop down Select Reason > if applicable and or click the Get Support button. - This should give the option of Phone or Chat.

I assume you are referring to the Automatic Renewal, either forced at the end of a trial, or the subscription option. I have the problem with the ADU trial, and cannot get to the subscription settings (only the renewal status!). The only option I can suggest (since Avast seems to be failing to provide any customer support, is to try to get my credit card disabled for the impending renewal attempt by Avast,
however, I also want to renew my APS subscription (set on the same CC) but I want to accept the $35.88 renewal offer, not the $100 default. I hope that clarifies the problems, even if it does not help much. ![]()
