How to talk to a real support/sales person regarding subscription?

Virtual agent is not working at all!
How can I send email to support or open case that is relevant to me? seems I spent 30mins and was not able to get proper response or resolve issue I have?!?
Instead I got “Dear Customer,
Unfortunately, your email wasn’t delivered because we can’t identify which ticket it refers to…” email. I looks like I cannot resolve issue with a renewal… should I unsubscribe instead?

It’s a scam! My socalled Avira software lexpired one weelk klafter purchase. I relkquested la refund for it falls within 30 day refund, but heard nothing from Avira. |Tracing help on Avira site is lost in maze ove4r and over
