Virtual agent is not working at all!
How can I send email to support or open case that is relevant to me? seems I spent 30mins and was not able to get proper response or resolve issue I have?!?
Instead I got “Dear Customer,
Unfortunately, your email wasn’t delivered because we can’t identify which ticket it refers to…” email. I looks like I cannot resolve issue with a renewal… should I unsubscribe instead?
