How to turn off On Access Scanner Message?

I somehow managed to turn on the Avast - On Access Scanner Message but can’t determine how to turn it off. If anyone could provide words of wisdom I would be most appreciative?

Almost any shield (probably Standard Shield - or maybe Web Shield)

Customize > Advanced Tab > uncheck the “Show detailed info on performed action” box > OK
