Since the latest update to Avast, after booting I find the enormous Avast widget sitting there in my sidebar (I am running Vista).
Is there any way to turn it off ?
Goto control panel > add/remove > select avast > uninstall/remove > change > deselect avast gadget (see picture) > click next and let it complete. It shouldn’t be on the gadgets column now.
