How do I unblocked a site that I previously blocked in Avast?

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
You don’t say what Avast program you are using >
Or how how you set this block ?

But you could try this.
To unblock a website in Avast, pen Avast Antivirus or Avast One, go to Menu > Settings > General (or Antivirus) > Exceptions, and click Add Exception to remove the blocked URL from the list.
See these Links Troubleshoot Website Access 1.
