If I turn on SecureLine VPN I will get different IP address, different geographic place, my web activities will be hidden and etc.
As I understand I also can disable the SecureLine VPN later again. When disabling it, will all of the SecureLine VPN changes be restored to the default as they were before enabling the VPN service?

The “avast! SecureLine TAP Adapter” will be deactivated, your real IP address will be back, all the configs will be back to normal…
Don’t worry. Use your SecureLine VPN when you need/want without any worries about the “changes”.

Activating and deactivating the SecureLine VPN very often as security practice on my PC is really no problem? Really ALL changes made by the active SecureLine will be completly restored to default state as it was before turning SecureLine on?

On = encrypted and hidden (Chosen location)
Off = not encrypted and not hidden (your current IP address)
Every VPN service creates a new “virtual” network adapter. They need it to connect to their servers and configure the connection.
This adapter was installed automatically when you installed SecureLine. Without it, you cannot use your VPN.
It works always when you click “Connect” button.

Is there a trick to start/stop SecureLine easily wihtout open the Gui everytime?
Also I dont understand why the VPN service is free-to-use even in the Avast free version but in the Avast mobile it seems to be payable? Both free or both payable is logical

From the system tray icon you can start and stop the service.
There is a short trial on your computer. It is not free you need to pay for it if you want to use it on a continuing basis.

still i dont understand… all other features which are paid have lock symbol in the GUI. But SecureLine VPN (and Cleanup Tool) dont, it looks like the free featues.
why there is no notification about the paid status AND the trial period? Or am I missing something?

some kind of avast popup or promotion window came one where I could test something eith the security for 60 days. I thought is was SecureLine, but you write 7 days trial?!
