I have Avast Free. I can’t find where the white list is located. Need to add one site to see if it fixes a problem

I receive many email newsletters. Several months ago, one newsletter and none of the others came with no images.
Their support suggested that I white list their email address.

So, I tried to do that but was unable to find where to add an address to an email white list.

If the is no such capability in Avast Free, let me know and I’ll reply to their tech guy

avast free does not have a spam filter, but there is a mailshield
