Hows the coolest AV scanner in the world coming along..beta?

Just wonderin if it is stable enough to load on anything other than a complete test machine. NO DIS.

Still giddy as a school girl over it FINALLY being out and testing. Is the FW included in the beta, or is that package/module still to come?

Please dont team w/ the lizard firewall(I wont use names)…that is a virus if you ask me…just try and remove it all from your system…BRICK.

I seen that its not using HIPS…thats awesome, I had some chipset issues with HIPS software…I set my stuff a bit different than most and Avast has been the only program to keep this pirate safe EVERY time I use it. My moms PC has trojans purposly put on it…dont ask, bad house guests…but nothing is getting out still.

Thank you Avast for helping me keep a 60 year old styeel worker happy…(dont dare tell I gave anything close to her age)

We expect the beta of the firewall will be out in some weeks.
Right now, you need to wait a little.
Translation is going on in background, so they’re not stopped, just it’s not ready for the beta phase (yet).

Avast 5 might be released as early as November.
