The first explains a lot to me.
"Silent Mode: No" deletes an infected attachment from a message and moves it to the chest. The tab "Virus" for complex configuration of virus actions is in Enhanced interface (avast PRO).
Is in the avast HOME version the destination always the “chest” ?
Henry
I think not, unless I misunderstood you.
You can Repair, Move the file to Chest, Delete the file (to Recycle bin or permanently), Move the file to another folder at your choice… 8)

When I chose for the silent mode and select "NO" Then when I have the avast HOME version the destination of the virusses are to be placed in the chest. This since you do not have the possibility in the home edition to chose for those options you mention. Can you confirm this, because I want to be get rid of this smootly so my wife won't be disturbed with this isseus and questions.
