HTML:Script-inf - Can't Determine Why.. Please help

There appears to have been a whole slew of script tags inserted into the a href tags (image1) that are trying to make out to be google urchin.js but they are actually pointing to a malicious site (image2) in Moscow. avast isn’t the only one blocking this site firefox safe browsing also considers it an attack site (image3).

So it looks like this security site (in the US) has been hacked.
