Hi;

I’m new here and just subscribe Avast AV a month ago. I believe that Avast is the most reliable AV on the market nowadays. I believe I’m secure enough. However since yesterday a pop up from https://rvzr-a.akamaihd.net keep pops on the screen and I made a search and found that it is a virus. This is quite disappointed since Avast can’t detect and remove it. Please someone teach me how to get rid of the virus.

if avast pops up, then it is already blocking whatever malware you have from phoning home and no security program have 100% detection, if they did there would not be a virus problem on the net...

we need Malwarebytes / OTL / aswMBR

when done a malware expert will check the logs

Is it possible you were infected before you got Avast! Me and Steven did some testing. Some 300+ files were tested on our own w/ avast. I think Avast missed 5-8. Avast does bnot miss much. However, given we all know Avast! and everything other program.
