i have been reading on the forum that others have these issues aswell and youve been able to help them out so by this im hopeing for the same
i have recently installed malware bites and farbar after i ran malware bites my pc started working better again and now im getting these 2 diffrent popups now i did the farbar scan a day after because i thought everything was ok after walware bites
i have the reports atached

P2P programs, as they are legal itself, are often used to obtain some illegal downloads. Currently it’s one of the best ways to get infected. There have been some extreme cases in which passwords, private or financial data was exposed to file sharing network because of bad P2P configuration.
I strongly recommend full uninstallation of any P2P apps. To do so:
