I am having issues on my mac os with anti track app. I am trying to enable option of Enable Tracking protection and Detection

They don’t care about this problem. I chatted with support who said they wiould get back with me. They never did. This has been a known problem. I was on free trial but have since cancelled subscription before it kicked in. Good luck.

I also spoke to someone who said they would get back to me and didn’t. Avast this is poor customer service … please respond … or let us know where you are at around fixing this …

Bonjour, c’est la même chose chez moi. Impossible de faire l’activation de la protection. Ça tourne en boucle et ça donne ce même message d’erreur. Je n’arrive pas à trouver la solution mais en attendant…je paye la licence :frowning:. Si quelqu’un a une info, je suis preneur. Bon weekend à tous

I have the same error. I paid for Antitrack but can’t use it. I contacted Support through the AI chat, then eventually got a human who said it is a known error that will not be fixed until later in 2026 and offered me a six month extension to my subscription.
