I am not happy with Avast I have not been able to use this app from the start I upgraded and still can't figure out what its supposed to do I want a refund please help 🙏🏼😔help

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.

It might have helped if you mentioned what horrible Avast Program you are using. It is hard to give advice not knowing that. Having you have posted in the General sub forum there is no clue there.

I will have to make an assumption (knowing how dangerous that might be), If you are using Avast Premium Antivirus of one of the Paid versions of Avast One. You should be able to do this from within your Avast Account.
