I can not install AIS7

Hello,
I can not install AIS7. I tried many times with the same results. I did uninstallings using avast removal tool. I installed again. a warning informed me, AvastUI.exe-application error: the instruction at 0x776b8dc9 referenced memory at 0x00000014. The memory could be not written. Click OK to terminate the program. I could not insert the license:error 0x080046400. In GUI the tick is green- my computer is fully protected. The cloud services work also the support tool, but I can not do updates. In GUI is written: invalid license, incompatible software: OX something in chinese#bX. The only way is to do a restore point and AIS7 works fine, even beta. I sent many dump files to avast using avast support tool. No fix yet. My OS is W7HP 64 bit, 4Gb ram, hp pavilion dv7-2022tx. Can anybody help me? Should I look for another antivirus?

Hello,
I installed Microsoft Security Essentials. No problems. If I try to install AIS7 many problems. Only if I do a restore point AIS7 is workings. I have not received any answer how to fix the problem. I emailed to Vlk but no answer yet. I sent a lot of dump files to avast using avast support tool. No answer yet. For the time being I think I’ll stay with MSE til avast fixes all bugs in AIS7. If the company is interested only in money and not its customers it is on a wrong path. I hope avast team will fix AIS7.

avast could conflict if installed side by side with MSE. There is avast compatibility mode (reduced protection) for that.

Hello,
I do not run two antivirus programs in the same time. I ran MSE for 2 days and I uninstalled it. Now the only antivirus is AIS7. The problem is that I can not do a clean install of AIS7. The only way is by restoring the notebook. It seems that avast team found the bug. I hope that tomorrow I can do a clean install.
