I cannot enter MM YY information to update my payment method

Dear all,

My subscription for Avast Premium Security ends on 24th April 2020. I was given an id and a password via email to update my payment method details because my current credit card is about to expire. When I login to the store with the password given, I can only enter the new card’s number and the CVV number. The spaces to enter MM/YY information are disabled. Therefore I cannot update the method. I tried to call avast customer service and waited for about 20 minutes but nobody answered. Since I am calling from Sri Lanka it costs me a lot of money to call them. Could you please suggest what I should do?
